We strive to ensure every customer receives high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. Please read our official return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

Standard ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 business days from the date you receive your package. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Custom-made and personalized qipao items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom orders are tailored according to individual customer measurements and preferences, and cannot be resold. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for custom orders if the item has manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect items shipped by our team.
Items marked “Final Sale” and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Shipping Fees for Returns and Exchanges

All return and exchange shipping fees caused by non-quality-related issues are the responsibility of the customer.
We cover shipping costs only for returns or exchanges caused by verified product quality problems, production errors, or our shipping mistakes.

3. Return Shipping Requirements

All returned packages must be shipped via a traceable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages during customer-arranged return delivery. For international returns, please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional customs fees. Any customs charges incurred during the return process will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. PayPal refunds take 1–3 business days to process, while credit card refunds take 2–8 business days to complete. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your returned items do not meet our return policy standards, or you return final-sale items without valid quality reasons, we reserve the right to either ship the items back to you at your cost or donate the items to charity.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service and provide clear photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a proper solution.

6. Refused Delivery & Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse delivery or the package is returned due to customer-related reasons, we will deduct original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees from your refund amount.

7. International Taxes and Duties

We do not collect import taxes, VAT, or customs fees for international orders. All local tariffs, duties, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour after submission by emailing our support team at support@sovellea.com. All orders cannot be cancelled or modified after one hour of purchase.
